Thank you for choosing One Music Records for your music distribution needs. We strive to provide you with the best services and experience. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Not Possible:

​

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Religious / Devotional Music: We do not offer refunds for songs classified as religious or devotional.

  2. Cover Songs: Refunds are not possible for cover songs.

  3. Remix / Mashup: Songs created as remixes or mashups are not eligible for refunds.

  4. Music Made with Samples: If your music includes samples even if you have license for it, a refund will not be possible.

  5. AI Generated Songs: If your music / vocals are generated using AI, a refund will not be possible.

  6. Free for Profit Beats: Songs created using free for profit beats are not eligible for refunds.

  7. Music Not Owned by the Artist: If the artist does not own the rights to the music, a refund cannot be processed.

  8. Wrong Plan Purchased: If the user purchased a wrong plan then a refund cannot be processed. However, an upgrade can be considered in some cases based on our internal decision.

  9. Plan Cancelled: Plan cancelled by the user or cancelled by One Music Records due to violation of any terms and conditions.

Refund Possible (50%):

Refunds are possible under the following conditions:

Any Other Case: For reasons other than those mentioned above, a refund may be considered.

 

Refund Amount:

Refunds, when approved, will be issued at 50% of the original purchase price.

 

Refund Processing Timeline:

​

Refunds requested before the 20th of the current month will be initiated in the current month. Refund requests made after the 20th will be refunded the next month.

Refunds are initiated between the 25th and 30th of the month.

 

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support at support@onemusicrecordsofficial.com. Clearly state the reason for the refund request and provide any necessary details. Refund requests should be submitted within 3 days of making the payment. 

 

Policy Changes:

One Music Records reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
