Cancellation Policy

At One Music Records, we aim to provide uninterrupted services to our valued customers. However, cancellations are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Account Access Upon Cancellation
- Once your subscription plan is canceled or expires, access to your dashboard and all associated pages will be revoked.
- You will need to purchase a new plan to regain access to the dashboard and services.
2. Revenue Hold
- Any pending revenue generated during the active period of your plan will not be released until a new plan is purchased.
- Revenue accumulated prior to cancellation will remain on hold and can only be accessed upon subscribing to a new plan.
3. Release Takedown Policy
- Releases distributed under our platform will not be taken down for 12 months from the approved release date, even if the plan is canceled.
- Takedown requests will only be processed after the 12-month period and must be initiated by the user.
4. No Refund Policy
- One Music Records does not offer refunds for canceled plans. The user is encouraged to review the terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with cancellation.
5. Revenue Forfeiture for Unauthorized Activity
- If the account is found to be involved in any fraudulent or unauthorized activities, One Music Records reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any associated revenue.
6. Data Retention
- One Music Records retains user data, including account details, release information, and revenue records, for reference and compliance purposes. Users must subscribe to a new plan to reactivate services linked to their data.
