After completing the registration process on One Music Records, the agreement will be sent to you via email. Here’s everything you need to know:
Key Points to Remember
Registered Email ID:The agreement will be sent to the email ID you used during signup and payment. Make sure you double-check this email address for any typos during registration.
Email Delivery:Check your inbox, as well as your spam or junk folders, to ensure you don’t miss it.
Working Hours:Agreements are processed and sent only during our working hours:
Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM
No bank holidays
Registration Confirmation:Ensure you’ve completed the registration form and provided accurate information. The agreement will not be sent if the registration process is incomplete.
Communication from Our Team:If additional confirmation is needed, our team will reach out to you via call, WhatsApp, or email. Be sure to respond promptly to avoid delays.
What to Do If You Haven’t Received Your Agreement?
If you’ve completed the process and 72 working hours have passed, here’s what you can do:
Check your registered email (inbox, spam, or junk folders).
Ensure the 72 working hours have been accounted for (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Contact us if you still haven’t received your agreement.
