Takedown Process at One Music Records

The takedown process starts from the date your song is approved and remains applicable for a period of one year. Below is the standard procedure:

1. Request Submission

• Artists or rights holders must submit a formal takedown request through the One Music Records Dashboard or via official communication channels.

• The request must include:

  • Song name

  • Artist name

  • UPC or ISRC (if available)

  • Reason for takedown

2. Verification & Approval

• One Music Records will verify the request to confirm ownership and validity.

• If required, additional documentation may be requested for verification.

• Once approved, the takedown process will proceed.

3. Submission to Stores

• The request will be forwarded to all relevant streaming platforms and digital stores for removal.

4. Confirmation & Completion

• Once the song has been successfully removed, a confirmation update will be provided.

• Some platforms may take additional time due to their internal policies.

This takedown policy applies for one year from the date of approval. Beyond this period, requests may be subject to additional terms.
