Important points for closure
We are not absconding and remain committed to supporting artists during this transition.
Upload by 20th Jan
The last date of uploading your releases is 20th Jan 2026. After this, no uploads will be accepted.
Takedowns
Takedowns will begin after the artist’s plan expiry or from 31st January 2026 (whichever is later). The take downs will be from the oldest to newest.
Analytics
The financial analytics will be last updated till March 2026. For March 2026, analytics will be updated by 5th March instead of the usual 20th.
Revenue Payout
Revenue payout requests will be accepted till 25th March and all the payouts will be cleared till 31st March
Stop Uploads
Uploads are open until 20th January 2026 only if the release can be fully distributed before closure. Releases uploaded close to the cutoff may not go live and may be rejected.
Customer Support
Customer support will be provided only via email after 31st January. All emails will be responded to within reasonable timelines.
Revenue after March 2026
After March 2026, One Music Records will no longer receive revenue from stores. Any streams or earnings generated after this point will not be paid to us and therefore cannot be processed or paid out. Artists who wish to continue earning revenue beyond this period must transfer their releases to another distributor before takedowns begin.
No. One Music Records is gradually winding down operations in a structured and responsible manner.
Due to long-term operational and strategic reasons, the company has decided to wind down its operations responsibly.
No. All new sales, subscriptions, upgrades, and add-ons have been permanently closed.
Yes. All services included in your active plan will be provided until your plan’s expiry date, without delay.
Refunds are not applicable, as all services included in active plans will be fully delivered until plan completion, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
New uploads will be accepted only until 20th January 2026. Uploads submitted after this date will not be processed.
No new releases will be distributed after 20th January 2026.
Uploads already in process may be completed only if they go live before the closure timeline.No. Existing releases will remain live until your plan expires or unless you request a takedown.
Takedowns will begin only after plan expiry or upon artist request.
Yes. You may transfer your releases to another distributor at any time.
We will provide full cooperation, including UPC & ISRC CodesReleases will remain live until the completion of your active plan, after which takedowns may be initiated.
Yes. Our support team will assist artists with release transfers during the transition period.
Yes. All eligible revenue payouts will continue to be processed as per the regular payout schedule.
No. Revenue will be paid only if it becomes eligible under the existing payout rules.
